ABOUT CAKES AND PIES

  • We know that self-restraint and decisions can be difficult when faced with an array of delightful desserts. While a party for one is just as deserving of cake as a group celebration, sharing is caring, so only whole cakes are available to be ordered online, along with a daily selection at Butter Staunton Street and Butter K11 MUSEA. Order on GO to have a little sweetness by the slice signed, sealed and delivered!

  • Absolutely darlin'! We charge a delivery fee of $40 for deliveries from Kennedy Town to Tai Hang, $100 from Eastern to Southside and $400 for Kowloon. If you require delivery to Tai Po, Sai Kung, Shatin, Tuen Mun or Yuen Long, please contact us.

  • Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. Our cakes are recommended for 8-10 people (with the exception of our Lil’s which are perfect for 4-6 people), and our pies serve 6-8 people.

  • Every birthday, every celebration deserves something sweet. All of our cakes and pies are made to order, so please allow our bevvy of baking beauties 48 hours advance notice. If you’re caught in a pickle, have a last-minute, life or death predicament, give us a ring on +852 2810 0660 and we’ll see what we can do, however a premium charge of $200 will apply. A limited selection of whole cakes and pies are available from 10AM daily at Butter Staunton Street.

  • The art of note-writing is not lost on us. Everyone appreciates a little extra love, so tell us what you want to say when ordering. @drakeoncake is a real thing and we get it.

  • How else would people know how old you are pretending to be? We supply candles and additional cake-sessories. Just drop us a note at checkout! Add a Butter-branded cake server to your order and serve in style.

  • No sweat, drop us an email and we will send over a list of ingredients, allergens and all of the sweet deets upon request.

  • You can’t beat an original so as much as we love you, we make all Butter cakes according to our fairy godmother’s secret recipes.

  • Sure thing, honey! Drop us an email and let us know what you had in mind and we will be in touch. In your email, please include any reference photos, the date and party size!


  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, UnionPay, Octopus, AliPay and WeChatPay.

    In addition to the above payment methods, Butter K11 MUSEA accepts K DOLLARS.

  • If you would prefer to pay us a visit, head to our cake shop at 34B Staunton Street, SoHo, Hong Kong or to our newest pop-up located at K11 MUSEA, Kiosk LA106, Level 1, Tsim Sha Tsui.

  • You bet! And because we put family first, you can have them delivered directly to your table without being charged a pesky old cake cutting fee when you celebrate with Butter at one of our restaurants. Simply select “dining with us” and we will waive the delivery fee. Please note that restaurants are not pick-up locations.

  • No need to stress hun, drop us an email us at info@butterbutterbutter.com.hk. We’re happy to reschedule your delivery with an additional charge. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds for orders cancelled within one day of the scheduled delivery date.

  • Safety first guys and gals! Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted, or a black rainstorm warning is in effect, but we are still open for business! In the event of adverse weather, we will contact you by phone to reschedule your delivery. You can still pick up from Butter Staunton Street.

  • If you’re saving a little sweetness for later, follow the guideline below.

    Store at room temperature, serve at room temperature:

    **Serve at room temperature. Take out of the fridge 30+ minutes prior to consuming.

  • All cakes and pies should be consumed within 3 days, not that you’ll have a problem with that!

  • If you swing by Butter Staunton Street bright and early you can peruse a selection of ready-for-purchase daily cake and pie specials, available first-come first-served.

  • Here for a good time but not a long time, our weekend specials are off-menu, rotating baked confections available at Butter Staunton Street on Saturdays and Sundays. Follow us on Instagram to see what our bakers are whippin’ up each weekend.

  • We currently offer a menu of seven cookies flavours but will add in a rotating seasonal option every now and again!
